Role Overview

As a Senior Program Manager you will look after cost, timing, commodity planning and quality for one of Fisker’s in flight Vehicle Programs.  This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills. A successful candidate needs to thrive in a pressurized environment using data and facts to help identify risks, manage resources and solve problems quickly and effectively. A strong team ethic with the ability to interact at all levels and across business boundaries is required to be successful in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Product definition, attributes and specification cascade.
  • Business and Technical target monitoring.
  • Programme metrics generation, including timing, delivery status, cost status.
  • Manage Weekly Program Steering Team Meeting.
  • Timing control, planning, synchronization communication to all stake holders.
  • Identify programme disconnects and pro-actively identify and implement all required resolution activities.
  • Support Vehicle Programme Director in overall program delivery.

Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

  • Masters in an Engineering & Design Related Subject (or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of relevant automotive industry standards such as: TS16949, ISO26262, ISO15118.
  • Knowledge / qualifications in Six Sigma / Lean.
  • Problem solving; 8D, Practical problem solving.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Explorer.
  • Proven track record of working on automotive vehicle delivery programs.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Independent /Self Starting.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Good working ethic and team player.
  • Eager to learn.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.

Additional Requirements

Must be able to lift 25 lbs unassisted, bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs, reach, twist, sit, walk, and/or run.

Must be willing to work overtime and on weekends where needed to meet deadlines and company goals.
